Our conference is designed to bring girls together for a day of speakers, workshops and activities focused on supporting their personal and educational growth and empowerment.

Join us for a full-day event designed to bring girls age 8 through 16, together for a day of speakers, workshops and activities focused on supporting their personal and educational growth and empowerment. This year’s topics include successfully navigating school dynamics (academics and perfectionism), body image and societal standards, healthy boundaries, friendships/relationships, and physical health/well-being.

The Parent Circle is a safe space for parents to talk openly about topics and issues affecting girls today, with the goal being to support and empower them along their adolescent journey.

Our circle will cover the topics the girls will be discussing as well as have an opportunity to engage with our Founder Shawntan Howell and Dawn Bryant will be our guest speaker.

Event Scholarship Request

In an effort to provide opportunities to all youth, scholarship funds are available to assist families that may not be able to afford the fees for our programs. Funds will be distributed on a “first come – first served” basis to those that meet all requirements.

We are no longer accepting scholarship requests at this time.

Your help is vitally important. Grants and funding for preventive causes pale in comparison to those serving individuals after they experience pain, suffering or negative societal influences. Shouldn’t we instill positive self-talk, tools, and resources to live life with intention before kids start experiencing teasing, discrimination and negative peer influences? Let’s set up girls for success!
