Join Girls Are Powerful for our second session of personal connection during physical distancing. Our Family Connection events will focus on community building through quality time and empowerment activities—all from the safety of your own home! Offered over three Saturdays in collaboration with women in the community, we will explore and tap into what it means to take care of ourselves.
During this event:
Our physical activity will be Zumba lead by Val Turner to uplift and revive our energy and elevate our heart rate and body connection through movement.
